^2@2FIZZY POPS GAMES DISK 1.@
^6 There are two games on this disk, both are traditional, Noughts &
^6Crosses and Super Brain, which is a mastermind type game.
^2 The graphics on both are excellent and they are easy to use but hard
^2to stop playing! In Noughts & Crosses, there is a 1 or 2 player
^2option, it's probably best played against another human, as humans
^2make mistakes and let you win not draw, every now and then.
^2 Super Brain is the best presented game of this kind I've seen in PD.
^2It has the usual features of the game, with 16 chances of getting it
^2right and you're told if you have the right colour in the right place
^2or the right colour in the wrong place.
^2 You choose your colours by clicking on arrows to display the
^2different coloured pegs, rather like spinning the reels on a fruit
^2machine.
^2 The style of graphics brings a hi-tech look to what is now a
^2traditional game.
^2 The only thing missing is a warning that the disk must be write
^2enabled as getting on the high score table causes the game to crash
^2if you don't!

^2@2CO-ORDINATION by G.R. MERRITT.@
^4 This is a bat and ball game with a twist!
^2 You don't bash the ball across the screen, but deflect it so that it
^2gets to the exit at the opposite side of the screen. This is not
^2easy as you must not let the ball touch any of the obstacles or the
^2frame around the screen, if you do, then you have to start again with
^2a new ball.
^2There are ten chances provided, but these don't last very long if
^2your co-ordination is as bad as mine!
^2 The game is totally mouse controlled, and the bat can be switched
^2from horizontal to vertical, with two angles of deflection.

^2@2LITTERBUSTERS by Patsoft@
^4 This game started out on te BBC computer to teach kids to pick up
^4litter. Now it has been converted to AMOS by Patsoft and is offered
^4as shareware.
^2 You use your joystick to move around the maze-like levels picking up
^2the mess left by the litter louts, you must pick up all the litter
^2in the level before you can go on to the next.
^2 There are also green rubbish bags to put the litter in, these allow
^2you to walk over piles of rubbish without comming to any harm.
^2 There are keys scattered on the screen which are needed to open the
^2doors leading to other parts of the screen.
^2 You have five levels to complete, and three lives to complete the
^2task. To add a bit more fun, you have to beat the clock as well.
^2 A good topical idea for a game.

^2@2BOING by Josh Addison@
^4 Boing has come all the way from New Zealand, its a joystick
^4controlled arcade game. The screen is split into three parts and the
^4idea is to guide Herbert home to his village.
^2 When you get to the end of the first `road' you are magically
^2transported to the second layer and from there to the third. On the
^2first part Herbert (A yellow bird) is riding a motor bike and he has
^2to pass under a bouncing green smiley without getting squashed and
^2jump over spikes without puncturing his tyres. On the second layer
^2he must jump over a dinosaur. By the third layer he is on foot and
^2has to avoid the smiley and get across a puddle to get onto the next
^2screen.
^2 I'd tell you about the next levels, but unfortunately I haven't
^2managed to get any further! I think I'd need to have a `cheat ' mode
^2programmed in to get any further!
^2 The sprites from this game are included in the graphics section of
^2Totally Amos. This game is PD, but if you use these sprites,
^2remember to credit Josh, who did the drawing for you.
